We offer free standard shipping on all Butterscotch orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping & Delivery

Because our sofas are large furniture items, orders are shipped using specialized freight and home delivery services.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Transit time: 5–10 business days after your order ships
• Total estimated delivery time: approximately 1–2 weeks from the date your order is placed

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available. You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery

Depending on your location and the carrier, you may be contacted to arrange a delivery appointment.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery when required. Before placing your order, we also recommend measuring your doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points to make sure your sofa can be delivered to your desired location.

Additional fees may apply if a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, missed delivery appointment, or other circumstances within the customer's control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We recommend inspecting your order when it arrives. If your sofa arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@butterscotchsofa.com and include photos of the issue and packaging.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
